A walk around Ajo AZ

Here's some pictures collected in and around Ajo last January.

The streets in the core area of town are extra wide and well landscaped.

"Night of the Lepus", a 70's era Si-Fi horror thriller flick filmed in Ajo.
Murals like this are all over town.
Why, AZ is a crossroads just south of Ajo with a campground, restaurant and a well decorated convenience store / gas station called Why Not!



The weather forecast for Portal, AZ is 101 degrees next Sunday, time to head north!
